Our passion for sustainability at Jules@Market is defined in every aspect of our menu.  Boutique fish houses are setting a standard that when we take from our oceans we must give back.  Every fish on our menu is certified by reputable organizations in the seafood industry.  Under the leadership of our marine biologist and certifications from The Monterey Bay Seafood Watch Program, Best Aquaculture Practices, The NOAA, and the Marine Stewardship Council, every fish on our menu is certified sustainable.  Our team works exclusively with Philadelphia-based purveyor, Samuel and Sons, so we can ensure every item on the menu is responsibly harvested and sourced.  We support programs that give back a portion of their proceeds and contribute to a healthy balance in the ecosystem of our oceans. Jules @ Market's owner and namesake, Jules, sees food as more than just a meal. Before opening her restaurant in 2017, she spent two decades in event design. This background prepared her to develop not just an incredible menu, but a thoughtfully curated and elevated experience. The indoor dining room features white linens, fresh flowers, and candles. Customers enjoy dining outdoors at sunset, with views of the river. Local musicians are featured throughout the year. Jules @ Market is known for its stellar seafood, excellent service, and beautifully crafted space.


Our talented team of chefs work together in a highly collaborative, innovative culinary environment. From menu development to execution, our chef team has been awarded every year since the restaurant’s inception, from organizations such as Bucks Happening, Best of Bucks, Philadelphia Magazine, and Diners Choice Awards. Their passion and dedication to excellence is unmatched.
